Support risk management and continuous improvement of the area MISSION Execute and validate the most complex accounting and tax routines, ensuring legal compliance, information integrity, and technical security of processes, while supporting leadership in risk management, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement of the area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Validate complex accounting and tax entries and ensure correct ERP ledger posting; * Ensure calculation of direct and indirect taxes, interpreting current legislation; * Prepare, review, and control ancillary obligations, mitigating tax risks; * Serve as the technical focal point during audits, inspections, and administrative defenses, providing technical support and arguments; * Analyze risks and inconsistencies and propose process and system improvements; * Comply with regulations, internal policies, and Weisul Group integrity standards. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Auditing and Controllership, Tax Law, or related fields; * Active CRC registration (mandatory); * Experience in accounting and tax areas; * Experience in tax calculation, ancillary obligations, and accounting closing; * Knowledge of SPED Fiscal/Accounting, ERP, and advanced Excel; * SAP experience will be considered a differentiator.
