Conduct psychosocial assessments, including anamnesis, administration, and interpretation of psychological tests. Prepare psychological technical reports and opinions to support internal decision-making. Participate in designing, planning, and implementing human development and professional training programs. Contribute to the development and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan (PAT). Support initiatives and policies promoting corporate education. Provide technical support to the Performance Evaluation Program, monitoring progress of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes, proposing continuous improvements. Manage external training processes, guiding employees and involved departments. Oversee internship and apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and current legislation. Prepare managerial reports containing information, indicators, and statistical data from the Human Resources area. Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, standards, procedures, flowcharts, and manuals. Lead onboarding programs for new employees. Participate in committees, meetings, and projects related to the area of responsibility. Organize and maintain updated physical and digital departmental records. Analyze information and develop technical opinions to support managerial decisions. Propose process improvements within the area, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and guidelines.
