Opportunity for leadership and enhancement of internal controls **Senior Auditor – URGENT, IMMEDIATE START** **Job Objective** To strategically and technically conduct audits, ensuring accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance, as well as the reliability of financial information, thereby contributing to risk mitigation and improvement of the company’s or clients’ internal controls. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and supervise internal and/or external audits; * Analyze financial statements, accounting reports, and tax reports; * Evaluate internal controls, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; * Prepare audit reports with clear and actionable recommendations; * Monitor implementation of action plans with involved departments; * Serve as a technical reference for staff and junior auditors; * Ensure compliance with current accounting, tax, and regulatory standards; * Support external audits, inspections, and compliance processes; * Stay updated on changes in legislation and technical standards. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Senior Auditor; * Solid knowledge of accounting standards (CPC, IFRS) and tax legislation; * Experience conducting internal and/or external audits; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; * Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Active CRC registration; * Experience at Big Four firms or audit companies; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Auditing, Controllership, Finance, or Compliance; * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, etc.); * Professional certifications (CIA, CCSA, CFE, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies** * Ethics and confidentiality; * Organization and deadline management; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Leadership and team guidance capabilities; * Results orientation and continuous improvement **Benefits** * Meal Allowance – BRL 31.00 per day * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance – 50% covered after probation period * Dental Insurance **Interested candidates should send resumes to: contato@vivacidaderh.com.br** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 4,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
