Network infrastructure and firewall maintenance **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology; **Requirements:** * Experience as a development analyst/assistant, with backend (Java) and database (SQL Server) expertise; * Proficiency in SQL Server, Java, and Windows Server 2008/2012; * Availability for full-time on-site work. **Responsibilities:** * File Server management; * AD Server management (user/group creation and access policies); * Preventive maintenance of workstations; * Analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues; * Installation of virtual servers; * Email environment administration; * PABX administration (extension setup); * Network infrastructure maintenance (CLI access to Switches/Routers); * Troubleshooting and resolving network-related faults and errors; * Firewall configuration; * Vendor communication, procurement of equipment and supplies; * Service Desk support.
