A professional to support students' development, promote family/school integration, and coordinate vocational guidance and educational projects.

**Working Hours:** 44 hours/week \- Monday to Friday
* Supports student development across school units, guiding them toward improved performance through effective collaboration with families and other stakeholders in the educational process: teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.
* Reports institutionally to the Deputy Educational Director, aiming for coordinated and integrated work among all involved professionals.
* Researches, analyzes, and implements student academic life monitoring processes to pursue academic excellence and holistic development; acts as a mediator in family/school integration.
* Plans and coordinates student vocational guidance processes based on current educational and professional information.
* Conducts meetings with teachers, parents/guardians, and clinical specialists to develop strategies for supporting students with special educational needs.
* Monitors student-related information to implement measures preventing bullying.
* Leads initiatives and projects related to education on ethics, sexuality, affectivity, citizenship, drug use prevention, and their ethical/moral consequences.
* Coordinates the preparation of semester evaluation reports with teachers to enhance teaching and learning processes.
* Plans and actively participates in class councils in partnership with the Pedagogical Coordinator and Deputy Educational Director.
