Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage automotive parts and accessories inventory, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and material availability. Key Highlights: 1. Organize inventory, ensuring parts preservation and safety We are a multi-brand group engaged in the sale of new and used vehicles, accessories, vehicle leasing (consortiums), fleet management, insurance, after-sales services through our dealership network, and vehicle rental (mobility). We are looking for a **Warehouse Associate** to manage automotive parts and accessories inventory, performing receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and distribution of items—ensuring accurate recordkeeping and availability of materials required by internal departments and customers, in accordance with Group quality standards and processes. If you are agile, customer-focused, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase—and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, inspect, and store parts, accessories, and materials, verifying quantities, codes, and physical conditions per invoices and purchase orders. * Pick and make parts and materials available for Workshop, Sales, and After-Sales departments, per internal requests and customer orders. * Record receipts, issues, and transfers in the system, maintaining item control and traceability. * Organize and maintain a clean, clearly labeled, and easily accessible warehouse, ensuring parts preservation and safety. * Conduct rotating and periodic inventory counts across Group stores, supporting inventory accuracy and identifying discrepancies for adjustment, in compliance with inventory control standards and procedures. * Support shipping operations by preparing and verifying loads for dispatch and inter-branch transfers. * Control receipt and distribution of workshop oils and consumables, recording them in the system and ensuring proper supply to operational areas. * Generate inventory control reports, including reports on missing and surplus parts, and report deviations to leadership. * Schedule and manage parts orders, ensuring delivery timelines and stock availability. * Support counter sales operations by assisting customers and internal technicians, always prioritizing speed and accuracy. * Support internal logistics by delivering and recording parts and materials destined for other departments, ensuring accuracy in movements and compliance with inventory controls. * Occasionally assist delivery drivers as needed to ensure timely and safe parts delivery. * Comply with occupational safety procedures, correctly using PPE and maintaining a safe work environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must:** * Have completed high school; * Be proficient in Microsoft Office. *The \#GrupoNewChase is your place!* **Preferred qualifications include:** * Technical training or certification in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub (formerly Gympass) — extended to up to 3 dependents; * Free telemedicine — extended to spouse, children; * Free psychological support — extended to spouse, children; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and fully online English courses; * Corporate University; * Length-of-service recognition program; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE GRUPO NEWCHASE AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group recognized for excellence in the automotive market, with over 30 years of service excellence and continuous growth.
