As a Cargo and Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for unloading, arranging, sorting, loading, and delivering goods carefully and attentively, ensuring they remain undamaged and are delivered correctly. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Unload goods from trucks; * Assist in checking and labeling goods unloaded from trucks, as instructed; * Organize the receiving area according to the characteristics of each type of goods (color and volume); * Dispatch damaged goods to the Technical Support department; * Store goods, arranging them by color, size, and volume; * Sort goods for store replenishment and/or customer deliveries; * Send goods to the shipping department’s loading bays; * Load goods from the bays onto trucks for customer deliveries and/or store replenishment, after verification; * Deliver goods directly to customers at the Distribution Center; * Deliver goods to stores and customers’ residences together with the driver; * Keep the work area clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays, if necessary); * Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. **Additional Information** **What We Offer You:** Medical Assistance (100% company-funded) and dental care; Meal allowance; Mobility: Transportation allowance; Opportunities for learning and professional development; A dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunities for career growth within the company.
