**Area:** Senior Process Optimization– TEEX **Mission:** Support the implementation and sustainability of the Teuto Excellence Program. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead continuous improvement projects with a focus on sustainable results. * Map processes, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions. * Apply methodologies such as PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma. * Monitor performance indicators and ensure process standardization. * Support change management and team engagement. **Requirements** * Education: Engineering (Production, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Software, or Process) or Administration. * Experience in Lean Six Sigma projects (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus). * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, TPM). * Intermediate English (advanced English is a plus). **Preferred Qualifications** * Black Belt certification. * Experience with agile methodologies. * Experience in digital transformation and automation projects. * Additional languages (Spanish, advanced English). **MORE DETAILS** ----------------- ### **Location** Anápolis ### **Shift** Administrative – 08:00 to 17:40, Monday to Friday. ### **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Administration.
