About the position: We are looking for a Mid-level Requirements Analyst to work on-site in Maceió/AL, joining a team focused on innovative projects and Artificial Intelligence solutions. This is a strategic role designed for someone seeking to make a real impact on client products and businesses. Your mission will be to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements, ensuring technical development precisely meets product and user demands. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, organizing and prioritizing requests while supporting multidisciplinary teams in building scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct discovery activities with stakeholders, defining objectives, constraints, and risks. ● Map AS\-IS and TO\-BE processes and propose strategic improvements. ● Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. ● Describe data contracts (OpenAPI/JSON Schema), dictionaries, and validation rules. ● Develop business test plans, validation scripts, and exception runbooks. ● Maintain living documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring traceability. ● Support backlog prioritization and alignment with the product roadmap. ● Act as the link between product and development teams, promoting clear and effective communication. Requirements ● Experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst in B2B projects involving API integrations (REST/webhooks/queues). ● Proficiency in user stories, BPMN/UML, and clear, objective technical writing. ● Practical experience with AS\-IS/TO\-BE analysis and definition of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). ● Hands-on experience with data contracts, JSON Schema/OpenAPI, and validation rules. ● Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, modeling tools, and Postman for endpoint testing. ● Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and technical English for documentation. ● Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. ● Desirable: familiarity with NLU/LLM concepts and interaction with MLOps/AI teams. ● Strong communication and writing skills, using business-oriented language. ● Ability to translate business products and demands into clear technical requirements. ● Organizational, prioritization, and deadline management skills in complex projects. ● Collaborative mindset with focus on innovation and applied AI in digital products.
