NAUTICAL COMPANY HIRING – PCM ANALYST (Planning and Maintenance Control) * City: Balneário Camboriú * Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Salary: To be agreed upon + Meal Voucher * Main Responsibilities: * Planning: creation and updating of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, definition of routines and development of procedures. * Scheduling: organization and prioritization of Service Orders (SO), allocation of resources (labor and materials). * Control: monitoring of KPIs, tracking of activities, spare parts inventory management, and cost analysis. * Analysis and Optimization: failure analysis (root cause), proposal of improvements, adoption of new technologies, and assurance of compliance with regulations (NRs). * Information Management: data processing, managerial reporting, and support for decision-making. * Importance of the Role: * Increased asset reliability * Reduced costs and unplanned downtime * Enhanced operational productivity * Strategic support to management * Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal skills * Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.523,77 – R$4.704,59 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher
