Job Summary: Perform high-quality plastering work in accordance with applicable standards and the company's Quality Management System, and report material shortages to ensure adherence to the project schedule. Proactive communication to prevent construction delays **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** 6 years. **EDUCATION**: Completed elementary school. **KNOWLEDGE**: Practical experience in the relevant trade qualification. * Perform plastering work to the required quality standard; understand the steps involved in plaster application; comply with the Foreman's instructions in line with current regulations and the company's Quality Management System. * Report shortages of materials, tools, and equipment to the immediate supervisor to ensure timely resolution, thereby avoiding delays to the construction schedule and/or weekly service plan.
