This initiative enables interns to gain hands-on experience in strategic projects focused on the development of small businesses, promoting the practical application of academic knowledge, broadening systemic organizational perspective, and developing technical and behavioral competencies.
For Sebrae, the program represents an opportunity to identify and develop young talent, while reinforcing its image as an environment of continuous learning.
The program is structured in stages including a selection process, institutional onboarding, rotation across departments aligned with academic background, a technical and behavioral training pathway, supervision by experienced professionals, periodic evaluations with feedback, and development of the “Innovative Intern” project aimed at improving internal processes.
