We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Senior Commercial Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Targeted community engagement, identifying needs, expectations, and opportunities to strengthen ties between the company and society. * Monitoring relationship and satisfaction indicators, tracking performance metrics and customer perception to support corrective and preventive actions. * Supporting technical areas in customer regularization initiatives, helping resolve pending issues and improve consumer experience. * Promoting dialogue and conflict mediation through community meetings, active listening, and engagement with local leaders—aiming to reinforce trust and transparency in relationships. * Analyzing and proposing improvements to internal processes based on identified demands and perceptions, optimizing workflows and enhancing satisfaction levels among served audiences. * Supporting implementation of action plans aimed at improving satisfaction, relationship, and institutional image indicators. * Preparing managerial reports and presentations, consolidating results, progress, and strategic recommendations for societal relationship management. * Conducting negotiations with customers and community representatives to reach consensus-based solutions for demands, conflicts, or regularization situations. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Education level: Completed undergraduate degree Required field of study: Exact Sciences, Humanities, or Social Sciences.
