Develops and qualifies new commercial partners. **Job Description:** The Procurement Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the entire procurement process for electrical materials, consumables, and other items required for company operations, ensuring appropriate stock availability, cost control, product quality, and adherence to delivery schedules. The role involves direct negotiation with suppliers, analysis of internal demand, minimum stock control, purchase order follow-up, invoice verification, and development of new commercial partners, ensuring optimal commercial terms for the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Obtain quotations and negotiate prices for electrical materials, supplies, and consumables. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until material delivery. * Ensure stock replenishment according to store, logistics, and administrative demand. * Monitor minimum stock levels and product turnover to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Develop and qualify new suppliers. * Negotiate delivery terms, pricing, freight charges, and payment conditions. * Verify purchase invoices against issued purchase orders. * Monitor delivery deadlines and follow up with suppliers when necessary. * Support the logistics and warehouse departments in organizing and restocking materials. * Conduct monthly consumption analysis of consumable items. * Maintain up-to-date supplier and product master data. * Continuously seek cost reduction and procurement process improvements. * Prepare procurement reports and KPIs (e.g., delivery lead time, cost savings, inventory turnover). * Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Commercial departments to align requirements.
