




Job Summary: The Office Assistant Trainee will assist with document organization, customer service, file control, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in meeting scheduling and calendar management * Assist in completing and organizing physical and digital documents; * Support telephone and in-person customer and employee service; * Perform document control and archiving; * Support updating internal spreadsheets and systems; * Assist in sorting and distributing correspondence; * Support meeting scheduling and calendar management; * Perform document scanning and copying; * Follow administrative routines across company departments. The Office Assistant Trainee will be responsible for assisting in completing and organizing physical and digital documents, as well as supporting telephone and in-person customer and employee service. The trainee will also perform document control and archiving, support updating internal spreadsheets and systems, and assist in sorting and distributing correspondence. Additional responsibilities include supporting meeting scheduling and calendar management, document scanning and copying, and following administrative routines across various company departments, thereby contributing to organizational efficiency and smooth corporate operations.
