M3 Tecnologia is a company specializing in innovative technology solutions, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor images, signals, and events at the surveillance center, adhering to established security protocols. Record incidents in internal systems and notify responsible personnel and support teams as needed. Provide basic telephone or digital support related to security incidents, ensuring clear and direct communication. Assist in operating monitoring systems and technological tools, maintaining full attention throughout the work shift. Previous experience as a Monitoring Analyst, Monitoring Technician, Control Operator, or Monitoring Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
