Responsible for operating the milling station control system, reporting process deviations, preparing shift reports, and supporting maintenance activities.

**Description:**
Responsible for operating the milling station control system and reporting to leadership any deviations in process quality variables and asset performance.
Responsibilities:
* Operate the milling station control panel
* Report process deviations during milling station operation to leadership
* Complete shift handover reports in the ATA logbook and clearly indicate any changes to the process and/or operational procedures.
* Inform shift colleagues of laboratory analysis results.
* During Mechanical Technician III's day off, descend from the control panel and perform their duties.
* Train on and comply with occupational safety regulations (NR\-12, NR\-35, NR 11, and NR 05\.).
* Replace combs, knives, hammers, rollers, retainers, scrapers, and small rollers during scheduled shutdowns.
* Support mechanical technicians in corrective and preventive maintenance during harvest season; serve as technical support for mechanical technicians and boiler technicians during off-season.
* Responsible for performing off-season tasks including sanding, cutting, welding, washing parts, and transporting parts.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in all assigned activities.
* Complete four badge swipes daily, take a one-hour meal break, and wear the required uniform when entering the facility.
* Respect and comply with employment contract terms.
Compensation: R$3\.200,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per month
