Production Manager

Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in the relevant field. * Actively engage in the technical area of the Tallow business unit, focusing on its structuring and consolidation of the reliability of technical indicators through standardized spreadsheets, while managing the marketing activities of by-products. * Manage production indicators such as steam, energy, water, and effluent, as well as quality and laboratory indicators, additive and packaging consumption, including yields of finished products; analyze and intervene promptly on-site for major deviations identified via control spreadsheets. * Responsible for managing maintenance stock targets and monitoring civil, mechanical, and electrical adjustments together with Engineering and operational units. Conduct regular inventories, identify requirements, consolidate information into control spreadsheets, and assess stock levels in the system to ensure smooth operation of the Tallow business unit. * Lead special infrastructure projects for new products, working on-site and adhering to weekly schedules presented to senior management, aiming to implement higher-value-added products and enhance company profitability and competitiveness. * Manage work teams, evaluating staffing levels and identifying recruitment, selection, and training needs to promote team development and productivity. * Manage physical infrastructure projects across units, including facility reconfigurations and layout redesigns, aiming to improve productivity and implement adaptations better suited to operational needs, considering each plant’s specific characteristics and requirements. * Manage traceability processes for produced meals, complying with internal policies and regulatory agency requirements, controlling stock levels and movements to meet production compliance requirements. 2512070202191909116
