Implementation of continuous improvements in the IT environment An Information Technology services company seeks a professional for **in-person technical support**, focused on serving end users and executive profiles (VIPs). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person support to end users and VIPs, delivering technical assistance and clarifying doubts; * Provide help desk support when necessary; * Develop, execute, and support IT processes and small-scale projects; * Organize and manage technical documentation; * Support hardware-related tasks, such as equipment cleaning, component replacement, and basic maintenance; * Implement continuous improvements in the client's IT environment, aligning technology with business needs.
