




Job Summary: Provide technical support to customers, assist in resolving faults, and ensure system efficiency for operational and strategic success. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive maintenance and training Carry out assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying and assisting in fault resolution, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer support via phone, chat, and in-person; * Troubleshoot configuration issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Configure systems according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement systems for new companies; * Monitor releases, announcements, manuals, notifications, and Mantis updates to stay current on system requests, implementations, and fixes; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
