We are looking for a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing the area's processes. Will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: • Supervise the process and completion of all services within their unit, guaranteeing excellent customer service, always in compliance with contractual agreements; • Analyze and monitor the full set of qualitative and quantitative results within their scope, aiming to optimize business unit operations, capable of developing action plans, creating strategies, and innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; • Be responsible for planning and annual creation of their unit's budget, ensuring it is met and even exceeded throughout the year; • Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; • Work within a large-scale operation in the (mention segment if not confidential) sector, with an average daily volume of X meals (if permissible to disclose). Main Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; • Previous experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); • Solid experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; • Valid driver's license; (example to be included if required) • Own vehicle (preferred).
