All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide customer service (phone/email/in person); * Schedule automotive maintenance services; * Open, monitor, and close service requests through the system; * Inspect vehicles using checklists; * Analyze automotive maintenance indicators; * Release and return reserve vehicles; * Control inventory of parts and materials required for vehicle maintenance, ensuring sufficient supplies and efficient purchasing; * Assist in managing and organizing emergency situations, such as accidents or mechanical issues, ensuring teams take appropriate actions; * Alert supervisors/responsible parties when observing non-conformities; * Work in accordance with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Higher education in progress or completed is a differentiator; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Experience in fleet and maintenance management is desirable; * Class B driver's license (CNH B). **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know, we also offer.
