Review the details below and become part of our excellence team! **Job Information:** * Employment Type and Schedule: CLT | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, occasionally on Saturdays. * Location: Rua Conselheiro Carrão, 851, Hugo Lange – Curitiba – PR. * Salary: Based on candidate’s expectations. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher (Alelo); * Transportation Voucher; * Childcare Assistance; * Partnerships and discounts: compounding pharmacies, universities, barbershops, language schools, Shop CIB Electrolux, Slaviero Hotéis, and many others; * Access to Sesc and Senac. **Optional Benefits:** * Health Insurance (Unimed); * Dental Plan (Dentaluni); * Gympass; * Life Insurance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and verify full payroll for over **600 employees**, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, allowances, benefits, and statutory deductions; * Manage **hiring, termination, and personnel movement events** (vacations, leaves, absences, contractual changes) in the system; * Prepare and submit auxiliary obligation files (eSocial); * Provide clarifications to employees and management regarding payslips and remuneration policies; * Assist in monthly payroll closing and reconciliation of related accounting entries; * Maintain organization and secure storage of departmental documents and digital files. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * **Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience** in this role, **with proven experience processing payroll for more than 600 employees**. (ESSENTIAL); * **Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sênior system** (Payroll and Human Resources modules). (ESSENTIAL); * Solid understanding of labor and social security legislation applicable to payroll; * Familiarity with eSocial routines; * Basic Office suite proficiency; * Intermediate Excel skills are a plus; * Analytical profile, extreme attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines and confidential information.
