Process Analyst

Description

Responsibilities Map AS\-IS / TO\-BE processes with business areas and model them in BPMN using Bizagi. Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit, validate, and improve workflows. Develop, review, and maintain Work Instructions (WIs)/SOPs, procedures, and operational standards, including version control and traceability. Implement and sustain internal standards and policies, ensuring training, evidence collection, and verification of compliance. Define and monitor process KPIs (e.g., cycle time, rework, quality, compliance), with routine tracking and action plans. Plan and conduct process audits (e.g., checklists, evidence collection, interviews, findings documentation, non-conformities, and action plans). Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities aligned with the ISO 9000 family (with emphasis on ISO 9001, 27000, and 37000\), focusing on evidence, records, and continuous improvement. Support automation/workflow initiatives when required, always grounded in process analysis. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * Experience with process/workflow automation and process-oriented digital transformation. * Familiarity with Lean/PDCA principles applied to processes. * Experience delivering short, practical internal training sessions (e.g., standard implementation and reinforcement). * Experience in client-facing roles and facilitating meetings in a consulting environment. Expected Profile (practical and objective) * Discipline in documentation, standard maintenance, and routine sustainability. * Clarity in eliciting processes based on facts and evidence—not opinions. * Firmness in enforcing adherence to standards with professionalism and respect. * Ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time and with full traceability. Important Information * Completed undergraduate degree or currently in the final year. * Valid driver's license. * No specific academic background required; however, demonstrable knowledge and experience are essential. Requirements: Practical experience in process mapping, modeling, and improvement. Proficiency in Bizagi for BPMN modeling. Experience implementing ISO 27001. Proven ability to conduct process audits and drive action plans to closure. Ability to write clear, objective, and auditable WIs/SOPs. Strong facilitation skills for meetings and stakeholder alignment. Completed or near-completion of an undergraduate degree. ISO 27001 certification is mandatory.
