Implement strategies to increase sales **Job Description:** Anthletic Fitness Wear is looking for a dedicated and organized E-commerce Coordinator to lead our online sales team. The professional will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, optimizing user experience, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all activities of the online sales website; * Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns; * Monitor and analyze performance, conversion, and sales metrics; * Collaborate with marketing, customer support, logistics, and design teams; * Ensure timely updates of products, prices, and promotions on the website; * Implement improvements to user experience (UX/UI); * Manage suppliers, payment platforms, and automation tools. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in e-commerce management or online sales; * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and digital marketing tools; * Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize results; * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities; * Proactivity and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Innovative work environment; * Professional growth opportunities.
