Participate in failure analyses; Monitor field maintenance activities for learning; Support the team in data update processes and indicator management for visual management of the department; Support the identification of tools to improve work processes; Develop improvement initiatives in the training area; Participate in and support the prioritization of activities in the weekly maintenance schedule.
