Job Summary: A dimensional quality inspector controls parts and welded, machined, or assembled assemblies, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and customer specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Dimensional and geometric inspection of steel parts 2. Inspection of welded and machined components using precision instruments 3. Issuance of inspection reports and customer follow-up STEEL PARTS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Primary Role The dimensional quality inspector performs dimensional and geometric inspection of parts, welded assemblies, machined or assembled components, ensuring conformity to technical drawings, standards, and customer specifications. Typical Responsibilities 1\. Interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing); 2\. Measure linear, angular, and geometric dimensions using instruments such as: Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, height gauge, protractor; Laser tape measure, optical level, theodolite, and portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM); 3\. Inspect welded and machined components: Internal and external diameters; Thicknesses; Flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity, alignment, etc.; 4\. Verify assembly clearances and fits; 5\. Issue dimensional inspection reports (RIDs) and release products for customers; 6\. Assist in calibration and control of measurement instruments; 7\. Support customer and certification body inspections Salary + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Food Basket + Dental Plan Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Minimum Education: Technical Course * Dental plan * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Food Basket
