Opportunity to propose continuous improvements to QA processes We are looking for a **Software Quality Analyst** to join our technology QA team, working directly on **ERP** and **POS** enterprise management software products. This professional will be responsible for ensuring software delivery quality by executing functional tests, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking defect fixes, thereby ensuring customers' business processes are supported efficiently and stably. **Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute functional, integrated, and regression test cases; * Validate requirements and perform UAT for new deliveries with business areas and customers; * Support the development team in identifying, analyzing, and reproducing bugs; * Prepare non-conformance reports and quality metrics; * Ensure ERP compliance with management processes (financial, tax, inventory, sales, procurement, etc.); * Propose continuous improvements to QA processes and support test automation initiatives. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Software Quality / Testing Analyst; * Knowledge of ERP or enterprise management systems; * Hands-on experience designing and executing test cases; * Familiarity with retail business processes (tax, receiving, finance, procurement, sales, inventory) is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with test automation; * Basic understanding of API/REST integrations; * Experience with ERP systems tailored for retail or service industries.
