The role involves customer interaction and execution of technical tasks in the field, ensuring service quality and timeliness. **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment (modems, routers, set\-top boxes, etc.). * Perform tests to ensure service quality. * Identify and resolve technical issues when necessary. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations. * Guide customers on equipment and service usage. * Accurately complete reports and record field information.
