Job Summary: Field professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing VIVO network and fiber optic equipment, with a focus on customer service and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Serve customers with quality and professionalism * Key Responsibilities * Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs; * Configure network equipment and devices; * Work with VIVO's fiber optic services for residential and commercial customers; * Perform work at heights in accordance with safety regulations; * Serve customers with quality and professionalism; * Keep materials, tools, and work vehicles organized; * Properly use required PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * REQUIREMENTS * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B * Completed high school education * Own laptop (100/1000 Mbps capable) * Availability to work on weekends and holidays * ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48, with rotating shifts on weekends and holidays.
