Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for troubleshooting and resolving field issues for Alstom products, ensuring the availability and proper operation of signaling and infrastructure equipment. Field troubleshooting of Alstom products to ensure their availability **Responsibilities** * Resolve warranty-period field issues, as well as pre\-warranty and commissioning activities, including investigation and repairs. * Perform verification activities on monorail signaling and infrastructure equipment. * Report and record any deviation (failure/event) in the defect management system. Report and record any deviation (failure/event) in the defect management system. * Apply and reinforce Alstom’s and the Customer’s EHS rules, as well as safety rules for the PI process. * Execute testing procedures, troubleshoot issues, evaluate system performance, and conduct failure analysis on components prior to sending them for repair. * Support field implementation of modifications. * Support technical investigations together with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Recommend preventive and corrective maintenance actions. * Ensure smooth communication regarding interventions and operations during troubleshooting and support shift handovers. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Technical education (electrical/electronic). * Intermediate IT knowledge. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician in troubleshooting/investigation/testing (mechanical or electrical/electronic). * Product knowledge. * EHS knowledge and exposure. * Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate English proficiency, preferably advanced. * Willingness to travel (short and long missions), nationally and internationally.
