About the position: The Supermarket Operator, responsible for monitoring and preparing cold food production, restocking and organizing inventory, cleaning counters and cold chambers, and providing customer service. What you will deliver: * Check product quantity and availability (cold cuts, dairy products, frozen foods, and sausages); * Check work materials (utensils and equipment); * Inform the supervisor about the need for maintenance of utensils and equipment; * Check inventory of food items and cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor about the need for restocking; * Request temperature reduction when necessary; * Comply with food safety standards; * Suggest purchasing options and new products to the supervisor; * Monitor product receipt; * Organize cold chambers; * Prepare and monitor production (pizza assembly, slicing cold cuts, packaging products); * Slice, package, and price products; * Perform temperature control and hygiene procedures. * Provide customer service.
