If you identify with our values and wish to grow within a dynamic and challenging environment, join Bichara Advogados! **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically and operationally manage the firm's accounting activities, ensuring financial information compliance, fulfillment of legal obligations, and support for decision-making through managerial analyses and reports. * Perform and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and other financial statements. * Ensure proper classification and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Monitor and ensure compliance with ancillary accounting and tax obligations, coordinating with the tax department and/or external consultants. * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and technical clarifications. * Assist in structuring and improving accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies. * Prepare managerial reports for the executive board and partners, including performance analyses and financial indicators. * Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Controller, HR, and Legal) to align information and deadlines. * Support financial feasibility studies, provisions, allocations, and cost centers. * Stay updated on accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration. * Solid experience in accounting, preferably within law firms, consulting firms, or service companies. * Experience managing full accounting closings and supporting audits. * Brazilian accounting standards and IFRS. * Accounting reconciliations and financial statement analysis. * Accounting ERP systems. * Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel. * Basic knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation applicable to services. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Proactivity and sense of priority. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively across departments. * Discretion and confidentiality in handling information. * Teamwork and a consultative attitude. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** * Competitive salary \+ annual PLR. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Childcare allowance.
