If you are seeking learning and professional growth, please contact us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Greeting and directing donors; * Receiving and organizing donor groups; * Ensuring correct completion of the staff and donor vehicle control spreadsheet; * Monitoring and improving registration errors; * Tracking receipt and requests for donor snacks; * Monitoring stock levels of all donor cafeteria supplies and placing inventory orders; * Tracking receipt and requests for donor juices and forwarding invoices to the warehouse; * Assisting with administrative follow-up and occasional coverage for the donor cafeteria department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, concierge, or in customer welcoming roles; * Experience in the healthcare field is a plus; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with administrative routines; * We seek a welcoming, friendly, collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** * Work Location: São Paulo \- Paraíso; * Benefits: Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance; * Schedule: 12x36 shift rotation \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; * Employment Type: Permanent \- CLT.
