Work in a hybrid model, combining deep AWS Cloud technical expertise with strategic, consultative, and business-oriented engagement—supporting customers from discovery and solution conception through delivery, architecture evolution, and identification of new opportunities and project expansion. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:** Lead the design and implementation of Public Cloud (AWS) solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient architectures aligned with best practices. Act as the customer's technical advisor, supporting strategic technology and architecture evolution decisions—including outside formal projects. Lead and support workload migrations to AWS, adopting cloud-native solutions. Develop and maintain DevOps practices, including: Infrastructure automation (IaC – Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) CI/CD pipelines Monitoring and observability Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to best practices for IAM, KMS, networking, and governance. Identify and implement cost optimization (FinOps) and capacity management initiatives. Assess existing environments and propose modernization, migration, and optimization roadmaps—considering cost, performance, security, and governance. Plan and conduct: Technical and executive workshops Discovery and design sessions Technical and architectural presentations Design and execute labs, proofs of concept (PoCs), and demonstrations of cloud solutions, services, and emerging technologies. **Consultative and Business Engagement** Support identification of new business opportunities by collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams. Perform technical and architectural assessments of customer environments, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for evolution and expansion. Translate business needs into technical solutions, contributing to proposal development and executive presentations. Serve as the technical interface between customers, sales, pre-sales, engineering, and partners/vendors. Support expansion of existing projects by proposing new solutions, services, and technical enhancements. Participate in strategic customer meetings, acting as a trusted technical reference and long-term consultant. **Project and Team Management** Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks. Gather customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Define clear, measurable objectives aligned with business goals. Define, manage, and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring value-driven deliveries. Structure and operate demand-flow management processes, including: intake, detailing, prioritization, tracking Communication with involved departments Ensure execution and effectiveness of agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban). Continuously communicate initiative progress, risks, and outcomes. Manage team activities and metrics, ensuring delivery and fulfillment of customer commitments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to qualify for this role?** Completed undergraduate degree Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and/or Specialty). Solid experience designing AWS architectures—preferably in the financial sector. Proficiency with services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, CloudFront, among others. Knowledge of infrastructure automation using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation. Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and compliance practices (IAM, KMS, etc.). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices. Ability to analyze and optimize cloud environments with a FinOps focus. Intermediate English (for conversation, reading, and writing). Practical knowledge of methodologies (Waterfall and Agile Scrum/Kanban) **Expected Profile** Strong technical background with strategic vision and business orientation. Excellent communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Analytical ability and consultative mindset (trusted advisor).
