




Job Summary: An opportunity for a PJ (individual entrepreneur) partnership to manage the implementation of educational solutions for public-sector partners, with emphasis on educational public policy. We currently have a PJ (individual entrepreneur) partnership opportunity focused on **managing the implementation process of educational solutions** for public-sector partners, covering topics such as literacy, flow correction, learning recovery, and school management—with an emphasis on educational public policy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Education:** Knowledge of literacy, flow correction, learning recovery, and school management is required; * **Public Policy:** Familiarity with legislation, educational systems, pedagogical practices, and implementation of educational public policy; * **Indicators:** Proficiency in analyzing educational indicators and monitoring indicators; * **Monitoring:** Co-management of monitoring and evaluation activities for projects in collaboration with the Data Management Team; * **Coordination:** Coordination with other departments to mobilize efforts toward achieving project outcomes; * **Project Management:** Proficiency in project management, including scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation, and scheduling; * **Partnerships:** Maintaining relationships with partner states and municipalities implementing programs. * **Key Challenges:** * Coordinating structural and contextual internal and external issues within a relationship built on trust and respect—ensuring positive action outcomes even across diverse environments, whether due to technical profiles of local teams, pedagogical positions, or specific legal guidelines per territory. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Law. * Preferred: Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Public Administration, or Education. * **Experience:** Solid **experience implementing educational programs with public education networks**, focusing on large-scale implementation and public policy. Assertive communication skills are essential, as the role involves representing the Ayrton Senna Institute before public education networks. * Practical experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, graphic design software, and project management tools; * **Skills:** Strategic vision, written and oral communication, data management and analysis, negotiation and conflict mediation, leadership, and process management; * **Attitudes:** Teamwork, agility in decision-making, problem-solving ability, and analytical capacity; * **Mandatory:** Availability for business travel. **Additional Information** * **Contract Type:** Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) – active company with CNAE code compatible with these activities is required, or willingness to register one. * **Project Duration:** 3 to 6 months * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (Remote and in-person, as required) – contractually agreed. **OUR STORY** *“Children are the future.
