Job Summary: Act as the Engineering PMO, driving the performance of the Directorate and enabling efficient CAPEX management through integrated and transparent governance. Key Highlights: 1. Process modernization and digitalization Act as the Engineering PMO, driving the performance of the Directorate and enabling efficient CAPEX management through integrated and transparent governance. Ensure project visibility, promote improvements, modernize processes, and accelerate digitalization—strengthening departmental maturity and business value generation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure, standardize, and evolve the CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) Project Management Office (PMO) methodology, ensuring alignment across segments and adherence to project management best practices; * Define KPIs to monitor CAPEX physical and financial performance, analyzing efficiency indicators, variances, and risks throughout the project lifecycle; * Establish governance frameworks for monitoring CAPEX efficiency in Construction and Connection activities, ensuring consistent processes, rituals, and controls that enable reliable monitoring and result visibility; * Develop and consolidate executive reports and managerial analyses to support leadership decision-making; * Identify and propose process improvement opportunities, efficiency enhancements, and digitalization initiatives that strengthen engineering project management and execution—contributing to increased productivity, standardization, and operational maturity; * Comply with—and ensure compliance with—applicable legislation, regulations, quality management systems, environmental management systems, Compliance Program requirements, Anti-Bribery Management System standards, as well as health, hygiene, occupational safety norms and procedures, and use of PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE), where required by the activity; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of superiors, provided such duties align with the incumbent’s qualifications, knowledge, and experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields); * Experience in the responsibilities listed above; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with Primavera and/or Microsoft Project; * Experience with Power BI; * Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks such as: Scrum / Agile / Lean Six Sigma / Kanban / PMI / PMBOK, among others. **Additional Information** Here, we know that eating well makes all the difference!
