Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Support the control and standardization of quality processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements; * Provide customer service, both in person and by phone, supporting requests related to the quality of Sales and After\-Sales departments; * Monitor and organize data from manufacturer\-conducted satisfaction surveys, contributing to performance analysis and identification of improvement opportunities; * Assist in organizing and updating documentation related to internal processes and after\-sales; * Support the completion and maintenance of control spreadsheets, as well as preparation of administrative reports to aid decision\-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in Administration or related fields * Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM * Basic Excel proficiency * No prior experience required **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS — THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
