Manage the multidisciplinary team of data engineering, analysis, science, and governance, promoting development of required technical and behavioral competencies. Collaborate with business areas to translate needs into analytical solutions and enhance processes and deliverables based on *Lean* and *Kanban* practices. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Management, *Analytics*, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; * Solid experience in Technology, Data, or *Analytics*, including leadership roles and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of the *Databricks* platform, including *Lakehouse* architecture, data engineering, processing, and architecture; * Knowledge of system integration and data architecture, including *ETL/ELT* processes, *APIs*, and event-driven architecture; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and flow management practices, especially *Lean* and *Kanban*; * Knowledge of data governance, quality, privacy, security, and data lifecycle management; * Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market and market audit data sources—such as *IQVIA* and *Close\-Up*—is desirable; * Certifications such as *Databricks Certified Data Engineer*, *Databricks Certified Data Architect*, *PMI\-ACP*, or equivalents are desirable. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:** * Analyze internal data and information from pharmaceutical market audits—such as IQVIA and Close\-Up—using the *Databricks* platform and analytical capabilities to derive strategic insights and improve business decision efficiency; * Manage the data engineering, analysis, science, and governance team by defining responsibilities, monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, and supporting professional development—aiming to maintain alignment across functions and foster talent development and succession planning; * Oversee the Data area’s budget by tracking investments, licenses, contracts, *Databricks* platform consumption, and acquisition of market data—to optimize financial resources and reduce operational costs; * Develop the enterprise data architecture by defining standards for integration, modeling, storage, processing, and information delivery—aiming to establish a scalable, secure infrastructure aligned with the company’s needs; * Plan data and *analytics* projects by structuring scope, timelines, resources, responsibilities, KPIs, and monitoring criteria—to meet deadlines, budgets, and defined outcomes; * Lead execution of the area’s projects by tracking activities, risks, blockers, and deliverables using agile practices such as *Lean* and *Kanban*—to maintain quality and maximize team productivity; * Improve processes, workflows, and the Data area’s operational model by analyzing KPIs, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement—to reduce waste and increase delivery efficiency; * Develop data governance policies, standards, and procedures covering quality, security, privacy, access, traceability, and continuity—to protect information and comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements; * Evaluate vendors, contracts, and service-level agreements related to data and technology by assessing cost, performance, timelines, risks, and delivery quality—to minimize risk and secure appropriate commercial and operational terms; * Serve as a strategic partner to business areas by translating analytical needs into data solutions—ensuring the area’s deliverables align with the company’s commercial, medical, and regulatory objectives; * Present data-related analyses, recommendations, and technical guidance on architecture and technology in corporate forums—to inform strategic decisions and investments.
