




Job Summary: Manage the procurement process for agricultural inputs, negotiate with suppliers, support logistics operations, and optimize fleet management to ensure compliance and efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or Agronomy. **What activities will be performed in this role?** * Manage the entire institutional procurement process, with a focus on **agricultural inputs (seedlings, agrochemicals, fertilizers, PPEs, tools, and various field materials)**; * Conduct **quotations, supplier negotiations, and contracting**, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and optimal commercial terms; * Support **supply chain and logistics planning** to guarantee continuous supply for field projects and operations; * Control and optimize **fleet management**, including preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, and usage tracking; * Prepare **performance reports and KPIs** for the department, contributing to budgetary control and operational efficiency; * Ensure **compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and applicable legislation**; * Support other departments and projects regarding **procurement, transportation, and supply management**. **What are the required and/or desirable qualifications?** **Required:** * Completed bachelor's degree in **Administration, Logistics, Agricultural Engineering**, or related fields; * **Proven experience in purchasing agricultural inputs**, including supplier negotiation for seedlings, agrochemicals, fertilizers, PPEs, and field materials; * Experience in **fleet management and logistics control**; * Knowledge of **ERP systems** and cost control; * Negotiation skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision; * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in **third-sector organizations** or **socio-environmental projects**; * Knowledge of **sustainability, circular economy**, and responsible procurement; Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance
