Requirements: The **Customer Support \- Banks** team is responsible for ***customer support for banks in the credit sector***, and seeks a ***Senior Technical Analyst*** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software development company focused on financial-market products — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. This role will be responsible for: * Providing first-level customer support for priority cases, addressing system- and business-related queries via opened tickets. Collecting error evidence using Event Viewer, system logs, SQL queries, and database queries. * Participating in client meetings regarding requests, questions, training sessions, clarification of potential bugs, etc. * Performing SQL queries, updates, and inserts via SQL scripts. **To \#match this opportunity, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience using SQL Server database systems; * Experience supporting credit products, credit limits, and bank guarantees. **Knowledge or experience below would be considered an advantage:** * Proficiency in the Delphi programming language.
