We seek a proactive professional in digital marketing and content production to join our team. As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will collaborate in managing the social media accounts of Group companies, strategically producing content and coordinating creative requests across various teams. Key responsibilities: \- Create and produce original, strategic social media content (Instagram and Facebook); \- Prepare briefings for designers and video editors; \- Monitor and manage creative requests, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality; \- Curate market references and trends for projects; \- Plan, schedule, and publish content; \- Manage SAC 2\.0 (monitor and respond to comments); \- Propose creative and innovative content ideas; \- Maintain editorial calendars and approval workflows. Requirements: Prior experience as a Social Media Specialist; Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools such as Canva; Strong written communication skills and command of grammar; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; Experience with basic video editing (CapCut); Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools; Experience working at a digital marketing agency.
