




As a Kitchen Assistant, you will: * Cut and perform initial preparation of poultry and other proteins, following safe and hygienic techniques. * Properly organize and store ingredients, ensuring preservation and minimizing waste. * Maintain rigorous cleanliness of the work area, utensils, and equipment, adhering to sanitary regulations. * Follow production team instructions to ensure the artisanal quality standard of food items. * Monitor raw material inventory levels, signaling when replenishment is needed. * Support loading and unloading of goods, assisting with internal kitchen logistics. * Assist in receiving and inspecting raw materials, verifying quality, expiration dates, and quantities. * Assist in proper waste separation and disposal, contributing to sustainability. * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions to improve hygiene techniques and practices. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations in the kitchen. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Requirements * Experience cutting poultry and proteins in general, possibly gained in butcher shops or supermarkets. * Basic knowledge of proper food storage and inventory control. * Ability to handle and clean kitchen utensils and equipment. * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. * Completed high school education. * Easy access to transportation for commuting to work in Osasco, Jaguaribe neighborhood.
