Build Power BI dashboards to deliver rapid value Description: We are looking for a Product Manager with strong process mapping capabilities, demand prioritization skills, and experience delivering digital solutions. This professional will be responsible for structuring the digital journey of a new operation—organizing and qualifying requirements, defining artifacts (dashboards and reports), prioritizing deliveries, and ensuring value for business areas. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, analytical ability, and hands-on execution to serve as the bridge between business and technology, including building Power BI dashboards when needed. Responsibilities * Map processes across the new value chain and identify critical points; * Organize and qualify requirements, defining prioritization criteria (impact on revenue, cost, risk); * Detail functional and technical requirements for dashboards and reports; * Manage the backlog and ensure deliveries aligned with strategy; * Build Power BI dashboards to deliver rapid value; * Plan and monitor initiative execution, ensuring integration with corporate systems; * Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders for alignment and validation. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Partner; * Solid knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering; * Practical experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard construction); * Strong communication skills, strategic vision, and negotiation ability; * Willingness to travel occasionally to the offices in São Paulo and Paulínia (SP). Desirable * Experience in management consulting or digital transformation projects; * Certifications in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile; * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN); * Experience in system integration and data governance.
