Job Summary: Professional to support project development, coordination, and control across all phases—from preliminary studies through to construction release. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and coordination of projects across all phases. 2. Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. 3. Provide technical support to the Product, Development, and Construction departments. **Responsibilities** * Support project development, coordination, and control across all phases: Preliminary Study (PS), Conceptual Design (CD), Legal Project (LP), Executive Project, and Construction Release (CR); * Analyze feasibility studies for new developments, proposing layout improvements and technical and execution solutions; * Organize and manage project meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and recording minutes; * Monitor project schedules and track delivery status to ensure timely completion; * Support public agency approval processes by gathering and organizing technical information; * Provide technical support to the Product, Development, and Construction departments; * Assist in cost control and budget tracking for projects; * Prepare competitive bidding maps for hiring designers and suppliers; * Contribute to project integration, identifying interferences and proposing integrated solutions.
