Job Summary: Operate motor graders for land leveling, base and sub-base finishing, road alignment, and cut-and-fill operations, in accordance with topographic project specifications. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced technology, **FREMIX** delivers high productivity, reduced project timelines, lower service costs, and contributes to sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Operate motor grader (patrol) for land leveling; * Finish base and sub\-base layers for paving (soil, crushed stone, BGS, etc.); * Perform road alignment and shaping; * Execute precise cut-and-fill operations; * Adjust cross slopes (road inclination) for proper drainage; * Support maintenance of unpaved roads; * Follow topographic project specifications (elevations and measurements).
