This role is ideal for organized, communicative individuals who are comfortable using computers and interacting with customers. Prior experience is not required. We provide training to support professional development in this role. Responsibilities * Customer service via chat and online platforms * Support for marketplaces and e-commerce systems * Listing creation and updates * Order tracking * Organization of departmental administrative information and routines * Assistance with daily online operation tasks Requirements * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Strong written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Ability to learn quickly Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Mercado Livre, Shopee, or other online sales platforms * Experience in customer service Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
