85390 - Training Coordinator

Description

Primary Job Objective: Coordinate processes to develop, structure, and deliver training content on the company's clients' products, ensuring transmission, comprehension, and assimilation of the material taught in courses, and clearly and objectively disseminating operational procedures and processes during onboarding of new operators or retraining and updating of incumbent operators. Job Responsibilities: Receive training requests from the Operations department and clients; design and consolidate the training schedule; submit it for managerial approval; align training delivery with Operations’ availability according to the target date for practical implementation of the content; Evaluate training materials and content provided by clients; propose necessary adjustments to align them with the applicable training methodology; Coordinate planning and logistics resources required for training delivery, including development, organization, and preparation of supporting materials, training rooms, and other resources needed for content presentation, etc.; Coordinate instructors’ work during technical and behavioral training using specific methods designed for onboarding new operators or for retraining and updating existing operators; Coordinate administration of training evaluations and participant content assimilation; tabulate results and report to the Operations Manager; Collaborate with clients and the Operations department to align training project planning and actions according to changes in clients’ processes, products, and services; Collaborate with instructors to identify, during training sessions, any behavioral or attitudinal deviations among trainees; report and coordinate with the Operations department to resolve such issues; Ensure integrity and proper maintenance of company training resources under their responsibility; Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree; Ability to handle high workloads and multiple tasks simultaneously; People management and development skills focused on delivering results; Proficiency in evaluation techniques, interpretation and analysis of reports and performance indicators; Domain knowledge in the field; Experience with gamification is a plus.
