Job Summary: Manage and develop supervisor teams, present results to clients in Portuguese/English, act as a trusted advisor, and control reports for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Your main responsibilities will be: Managing, developing, and motivating the supervisor team through feedback to ensure adherence to metrics and procedures; Client-facing role responsible for presenting results and conducting meetings with clients; Acting as a trusted advisor when necessary; Managing conflicts and potential changes, innovating and leading the team with initiative and proactivity; Controlling reports and KPIs to achieve/maintain/improve operational results; Ensuring supervisors adequately lead Expert teams, preserving productivity and strong operational performance; Ensuring compliance with metrics and procedures; Participating in client meetings; Presenting results in Portuguese/English; Maintaining good relationships with support areas such as Quality, Training, WFM, Access, etc; *Well-being TP: Here, we care for our employees from head to toe, with initiatives focused on physical and mental health, fostering an environment that strengthens the balance between personal and professional life.* *For mental health, we provide psychological support and an exclusive channel for individualized emotional and well-being care, along with awareness-raising activities such as Well-being Week and initiatives promoting social connection and interaction among employees—e.g., Music and Dance Festival and Themed Fridays.
