As a **Fundraiser**, you will work directly in external environments—on streets, at events, fairs, and festivals. Your role is to raise public awareness and invite people to support us as donors. It’s a dynamic job full of interaction, learning, and essential impact on the planet’s future.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Approach and raise awareness among the public about socio-environmental challenges and Greenpeace’s mission;
* Recruit new donors to support our causes;
* Participate in weekly team trainings and meetings (learning is part of our routine!);
* Apply learned techniques during public approaches;
* Work toward individual and team goals, always supported by leadership and colleagues;
* Ensure punctuality and commitment to the institutional schedule;
* Collaborate as a team to foster a welcoming, diverse, and safe workplace for everyone.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Residence in the state of São Paulo;
* Availability for a 6-hour daily schedule, Monday through Friday;
* Availability to attend concerts and events on weekends.
**Working Hours:**
* Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
